We aim to provide meals that everyone can enjoy, including gluten- and dairy-free options. However, these may not be available on our menu every week.
We display all of the ingredients for each recipe on our website, so customers can decide whether a meal is right for them. You can also set your own Taste Preferences. This is useful if you’re using the auto-delivery feature, as you can tell us which ingredients you do not wish to receive in your dishes.
We are unable to guarantee that all of our meals are free of allergens such as nuts. Because of our separate pre-portioned ingredients, most customers with mild allergies will be able to simply omit these ingredients.
Don’t worry if you’re not home when we deliver your food box; the driver will leave it at your door. We’ve designed our packaging to keep your food fresh even if you aren’t home when it arrives.
You’ll also have the option to leave additional delivery instructions when you create your Chefs Plate account.
