Does Chefs Plate deliver to my address?
We currently deliver to Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Manitoba. If you're unsure about your area, please check your postal code to see if you are in our delivery zone.
When will Chefs Plate deliver my food box?
Your Chefs Plate delivery will arrive between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM at the latest on your delivery day.
How much does Chefs Plate delivery cost?
We want to get our food to you as efficiently as we can, so there is a $9.99 flat rate delivery fee for all plans. There are certain delivery areas that are harder to reach for our courier, which may require an additional handling fee. You’ll be able to review your shipping fee when you select your plan and check out.
Does Chefs Plate deliver to apartments?
Of course, just leave us a note on your account under ‘special delivery instructions’. You can tell us the buzzer code for our driver to leave the package in your lobby, which neighbour you would like to take in your package, or even your office address if that’s easier for you.
Will Chefs Plate call me upon delivery?

What if I’m not home to accept my Chefs Plate delivery?
Your driver will leave your package by your door if you aren’t home on the day of delivery. All of our Chefs Plate food boxes contain an insulated liner and ice packs to help keep your food fresh until you get back later that day.
