Most common questions about Food Delivery
How much do Chefs plate food delivery services cost?
Delivery is free on all of our plans except for our 2-person plan for 2 meals per week. Customers on this plan pay a $6 delivery charge.
What if I’m not home when my food delivery box arrives?
If you’re not home when your food delivery box arrives, the driver will leave it at your door. Don’t worry - our ice packs will keep everything fresh until you return home.
Where in Canada do you offer food delivery?
We currently deliver to Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Manitoba. If you’re unsure, you can enter your postcode to see if your area is included in our delivery zone.
When will my food delivery arrive?
On your chosen delivery day, your order will arrive between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. We’ll send you an email when your food box is on its way to you.
Can I change my food delivery date?
You can change your delivery date to another available date for that menu. You can do so by logging into your account and using the ‘Delivers on’ date toggle in the red box on the right hand side.
