Most common questions about Food Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Depending on your order and location, we may charge a shipping fee to help couriers get the box right to your door. This fee will be clearly displayed during your checkout process.
What if I’m not home when my food delivery box arrives?
If you aren’t home the day of your delivery the driver will leave the package at your door. Your food will stay fresh until you’re home later that evening. You can also provide additional delivery instructions when creating your account, such as asking the package to be left with a doorman or neighbour.
Where in Canada do you offer food delivery?
We currently deliver to most Canadian provinces (excluding Yukon and the Northwest Territories). If you're unsure about your area, please check your postal code to see if you are in our delivery zone.
When will my food delivery arrive?
Your delivery will arrive between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM latest on your selected delivery day. We offer delivery Saturday - Thursday depending on your postal code.
Can I change my food delivery date?
Yes, you can change your delivery date to another available date for that menu.
