Sometimes, you just need a break—we understand that and our subscription model is designed to make it easy for you to pause. You can skip as many as 6 weeks in advance, simply follow these simple steps:

 <li>Log into your account</li>
 <li>Go to My Menu</li>
 <li>Choose the date you would like to skip</li>
 <li>Click Change or skip delivery</li>
 <li>Select 'Skip Week.'</li></ol>
 
Please remember, any changes must be made before your deadline 11:59PM PST, 4 days before your delivery date.

To cancel your subscription follow the steps:
 
<ol style="margin-left: 20px;">
<li>Log into your account.</li>
<li>Open the menu and select "Settings."</li>
<li>Scroll down and click "Deactivate your Plan."</li>
<li>Select "Cancel Anyway."</li>
<li>Enter your reason for cancellation and click "Deactivate Now."</li></ol>
 Your plan will be canceled! 
 Please note that if you do not complete this process 4 days before your next delivery, you will still receive and be charged for your final box.
