Can I subscribe to your flexitarian meal plan if I have specific dietary restrictions?

So that customers can check whether our meals suit their preferences/needs, we have listed all of the ingredients in each of our flexitarian recipes on our website. In your account, you can also edit your Taste Preferences if you are using the auto delivery option, which will let us know any specific ingredients that you do not wish to receive. This makes building your flexitarian meal plan even easier.

Will the food in my flexitarian meal delivery stay fresh?

Absolutely! The packaging of our flexitarian food boxes includes an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your food fresh until you get home on the night of delivery. We recommend putting your food in the refrigerator as soon as you can though, to keep it as fresh as possible.

Where do your flexitarian recipes come from?

Our recipes are created and developed by our expert Culinary Team, who use their years of culinary experience to create a menu that excites week after week. The team works closely with farmers and suppliers to develop meals around seasonality and availability, while never compromising on quality. Our team is continually working on new recipes to keep bringing you different flavours to try.

Where do you deliver flexitarian recipes?

We currently deliver to Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Manitoba. You can check your postal code to see if you are included in our delivery zone.

How much do you charge for flexitarian diet meal box delivery?

Delivery is free on all of our plans, excluding our 2-person meal plan which includes 2 meals per week. Customers who select this plan will pay a $6 delivery charge.
